Harbor Breeze Saratoga Ceiling Fan Features/Finishes
The Harbor Breeze Saratoga II 60 inch model is available in two finishes rubbed-bronze and milk-white, and the prices vary as you can see in the table above.
The Saratoga II is the newest ceiling fan in the Harbor Breeze Saratoga collection. This ceiling fan features an upgraded performance that most users would like to have for their homes. It has outstanding improvements with its quiet AC motor, which makes relaxation more peaceful during hot days. It also features a mid-body flywheel with finishing touches of five hand-carved made by wood blades that enhance not only the design but also its performance.
The Saratoga II 60 inch is ideal for extra-large rooms, with its airflow providing plenty of cool air and will perform well in big spaces. It has three-speed settings that allow you to have control of the airflow according to your needs. The maximum airflow is up to 6,372 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) with an average airflow of 4,603 CFM and a gentle breeze with the minimum speed setting.
This model comes with an integrated LED light kit which means that you don’t have to change the light bulb. The white linen globe glass fixtures makes the fan look attractive due to the illumination effects. As you can see this ceiling fan looks great indoors.
But did you know that it is a damp-rated ceiling fan? Yes, this can be used in covered areas like patios and porches. It can be mounted on a flat ceiling or angled ceiling with a 4.5-inch downrod included in the package if you happen to have a high ceiling.

Harbor Breeze Saratoga Remote Control
The Saratoga Ceiling Fan has a remote control that is built into it. The remote is designed for easy operation. The center button of the remote control turns the ceiling fan on or off. If you are wanting a natural breeze effect click the natural breeze button, this feature can be stopped or changed by clicking any of the other speed buttons. The 6-speed buttons allow you to adjust to your desired airflow.
I personally like the home shield feature, it gives an illusion that someone is home while the family is going out for dinner. This feature will be activated by pressing the home shield button, a light will blink twice to show that the home shield feature is on. It allows the light to turn on randomly for 5-20 minutes then the light turns off on its own for an hour and then turns back on again for 5-20 minutes. To deactivate press any other key in the remote.
The walk away delay feature is a good feature especially if you wanted your fan and light to turn on before you are leaving the room and turned off after you have walked out.
Another feature that I personally love with this model is the sleep timer. It allows you to turn the fan off at a desired time from 2 hours, 4 hours, or 8 hours. As you can see in the illustration above, this model also has a reverse switch. What is the function of this feature? This feature is very useful during the colder months, to activate this make sure to toggle the reverse switch to the snowflake icons by sliding the button to the right. It enables the air to go upward and pull warm air from the ceiling. Note that the ceiling fan must be stopped first before switching the setting.
